<span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Franklin Gothic Book",sans-serif">As you know, the system is going “all in” on Guided Pathways, and there is additional funding for our colleges from the state legislature to support the both the work writ large across
the system and at individual colleges. There is clear is clear recognition that, when it comes to engaging faculty, we have a collective learning curve.</span></p>

the system implement their GP reforms.</span></p>
