Greetings,

I am delighted to share the 2024-2026 Guided Pathways Implementation Work Plan<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/programs-services/student-success-center/workplan-2024-2026/24-26-gp-workplan-template.pdf>, a valuable resource designed to assist colleges in articulating the progress made in implementing Guided Pathways practices at scale. The plan is attached and available on the Guided Pathways Implementation Model webpage<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/programs-services/student-success-center/gp-technical-assistance-model>. Each college received a customized template for completion earlier this week.

The work plan serves a multifaceted purpose, aiming to facilitate your college in reflecting on current achievements, identifying opportunities for growth, and planning activities for the 2024-2026 period. Furthermore, this tool will play a pivotal role in shaping the peer and professional development learning agenda for upcoming statewide events, coaching sessions, and additional technical assistance initiatives. It is designed to foster connections between colleges based on shared priorities and reaffirm your college's dedication to implementing Guided Pathways with fidelity.

Each Section of the work plan is arranged to comply with legislative requirements from the Workforce Education and Investment Act, the legislative action that provides the system with Guided Pathways Funding. The sections are further aligned with questions from the 2022 Scale of Adoption Survey, administered by the Community College Research Center. Each college received a copy of an individualized plan that is populated with college responses from the survey, this template is generic in that it contains all potential scale of adoption measures and associated prompts for response.

Please be advised that the deadline for submitting the work plan is Friday, June 28, 2024. Given the time provided for completion, colleges are encouraged to collaborate extensively across campuses and districts to ensure engagement and gather diverse perspectives. Guided Pathways Coaches also serve as a critical partner in to support colleges with identifying progress and setting goals. Your coaches are eager to support you in this work, please consider how to best engage with your coaches as you strategize your approach to completing the plan.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am more than happy to assist and address any questions you may have.

Best regards,

Monica
