Associate Dean of Advising and Pathways

This person leads the planning, implementation, and assessment of the
Pathways framework at EvCC. The Associate Dean (AD) coordinates advising
across the college and supervises the faculty and staff of the Entry
Advising team and the Pathways Coaches. In addition, the AD works
collaboratively with internal college partners to develop and scale Guided
Pathways essential practices and holistic student supports.

Salary: $93,500
