experienced FYE/success course instructors</span> to participate in a doctoral research study identifying the essential curricular elements and implementation factors for delivering
<strong>high-impact success courses to community college students</strong> in the U.S. Findings from this study will help community colleges implement courses leading to better student outcomes (higher GPA, more credits earned, successful transfers, completed
degrees, etc.). Freshmen seminars, first-year experience courses, orientation classes, or college success are other names for student success courses. </span><br>

This study has been approved by the IRB of Lamar University. Please contact the principal researcher if you have questions about this study. All responses to the study will be anonymized and stored in a secure computer system for the duration of the study.
The aggregated responses of the panel will be published at the conclusion of the study. Participants completing all rounds of the survey will receive a copy of the results and will be eligible to participate in future related research studies.<br>
