</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">manages and leads an instructional area that includes the following programs: Arts and Humanities, Math and Education, Social Sciences, Physical, Life, and Sport Sciences, and Honors. The
dean must be a service-oriented leader who is skilled in relationship and partnership building</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">. Minimum Qualifications:
</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Master's degree and experience in the following; three years community college teaching, two years in Higher Education leadership, Higher Education accreditation, grant and budget management.
Equivalent education/experience may substitute at the discretion of the College.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
<span style="background:white">Annual salary range: </span>$100,000 - $105,000.<b>
