Tier 2 are ones that seemed to fall within the intent of the bill but were not explicitly named in the bill. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

What are your campuses doing with the funds allocated from HB 2158 that was set up for "high-demand" faculty recruiting and retention?<br>
<br>
There are several things we're discussing at Whatcom, but the language of the law isn't really that clear regarding how we're supposed to use it. Is anyone exploring using it for additional training rather than one-year salary increases?<br>
