and harmony, but I learned that debates can bring diverse inputs – ‘lowering the water line’ – that can move teams towards more successful outcomes.</span></p>

discussions that brought out our very real points of contention or agreement, it did not feel like we were lab rats or swimming in circles in a fishbowl – he gave us practical and actionable suggestions for having real and fruitful conversations outside the
safety of the training environment.</span></p>

in a standing meeting. This team routinely plays heated “ping pong” when discussing issues, much less trying to reach a consensus or make a decision. </span></p>

up on signs of resistance to addressing obstacles to good communication, the training was filled with information I can start using right away. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of group dynamics, develop their skills
for more collaborative decision making, or resolve tension in one-on-one or group, team situations.</span></p>
