State Board for Community and Technical Colleges</span></a> will hold its August business meeting Thursday, Aug. 27 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. to give final consideration to the college system's 2021-23 operating budget request. If approved, the request will
go to the Office of Financial Management and the Washington State Legislature as they begin developing the state's 2021-2023 operating budget.
