<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">For example, at GRC we have been directed to either create online lab content for spring classes with labs or to meet F2F in small groups (split a class of 24 into 12 and meet with 2 groups separately
and follow social distancing guidelines). <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">There are specific science classes whose
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:red">catalog course description </span>
<span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">and </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:red">content specific learning outcomes
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">cannot be met if they transition to 100% online – for example,
<i>microbiology</i> (student cannot learn and be assessed on aseptic technique) or
<i>cell biology (</i>students cannot learn how to use scopes and thus will not gain this proficiency and cannot do scope work).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
