your first year, you will provide visionary leadership, administrative direction, and oversight for operations, activities, programs/courses, and services for the Academic Programs. You would promote an environment supportive of the College mission, vision,
strategic plan, and core themes; program/curriculum development, monitoring, and outcomes assessment; faculty/staff hiring, professional development, support, supervision, and evaluation; as well as, development and maintenance of collaborative working relationships
within the college and community. </span><br>
