The reason for the hype over S&A comes from the introduction of<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>HB
1433<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>and<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>SB 5592. These companion bills will decouple S&A fees from tuition.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
