<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif"">Miranda Wright (Nulato) from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks will provide a keynote address on important issues in Indian Country today and explore the contentious questions about
the impact of the federal “experiment” in Alaska. Some have referred to this as “a bold, radical and totally untested experiment in government, social ordering, and in private enterprise” with Alaska Natives.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
