Greetings FACTC members,

I'm Guava Jordan, and I'm happy to have recently joined the Student Success Center at the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges as the Policy Associate for Faculty Development & Ensured Learning.



In this role I’ll be collaborating with colleagues across the system to develop, manage, and facilitate initiatives that advance equity and excellence in teaching and learning.



I'm reaching out to ask for your input on faculty professional development in our system. Your opinion matters, and I want to know what kind of assessment, teaching, and learning professional development you're interested in, and how I can support your institution's efforts.



You have two options to give your feedback. You can complete a short online survey that will only take about 10-15 minutes or join me for a virtual feedback session on Zoom where we'll have a conversation about the same topics. The virtual session will take approximately an hour.
