Hey, lovely FACTC friends,

Thanks to Terry, Gerry, and David for their thoughtful comments to the "GP Pro-D Vision" document inspired by our lively conversation. I've tried to incorporate their ideas and suggestions into the document, and I hope it meets with their approval.

Judy Loveless-Morris, an instructional dean, former tenured sociology member, and soon to be VP of Equity and Diversity (and most especially my trusted friend) has also been giving very helpful feedback from her multiple vantage points.

Let me know when you feel like this document is ready for prime time and then let's put it on blast all over the system.

Not that this is a "Living" document. It is by NO MEANS perfect. So just because we send it out doesn't mean anything is finalized or set in stone. :)
