[Factc] Treasurer Position

I expect to be attending the FACTC meeting in Spokane.  I have been persuaded to continue for one more quarter as a Faculty member at South Seattle College.  So I can hand over the books in Spokane.  It is also convenient because there is a  BECU in Spokane.



My FACTC rep replacement is likely to be able to attend as well.

Please consider volunteering for the treasurers position.  John Clary who graciously volunteered cannot perform the duties due issue with release time and travel funds at his school.    We could wait to hold elections at the spring meeting, but Randy needs to pass on the duties and transfer the accounts since he is no longer a FACTC representative and may not be in Spokane for the spring meeting.
