[Factc] Help

Our RIF info. is stored in our AFT contract.  I found a page on the AFT
Washington website listing 21 college's bargaining agreements
<http://wa.aft.org/resources/links-aft-washington-affiliated-bargaining-agreements>.
Still a bit clunky, but a place to start!
