[Factc] New FACTC Question

At Skagit we do not have access to CVs.  We are provided with a summary of the qualifications of the candidates who are interviewed.  I do wonder sometimes what they think.

Subject: New FACTC Question

Hi all,

We are in the midst of interviews for a new Vice-President of Academic and Student Affairs.  We have started to have open forums with the finalists today and when I asked for a copy of the candidate's CV  I was told by HR that they are only shared with the search committee.  I seem to recall in previous searches that this information was shared to all those interested.

Do any of you have a common practice for sharing information about campus-wide administrators?  Does it include access to their CV?

Do they think we don't know how to use Google?
