I am not sure why the definition for hybrid differs from what is on SBCTC website. </div>

was done without the input of groups such as ETAG, but the hope is if it is approved we will be brought to the table to discuss how to implement it. My goal in sharing is to keep you all in the loop of what I know. Should you have questions or concerns, I
