Subject: [Etag] Upcoming Meeting Agenda: Review of RFP Documents & Guest Speaker Jason Beam, CEO of Panopto

[Sent from outside SBCTC]

Greetings All,

I am looking forward to our meeting on Wednesday. Prior to our discussion, it is essential that everyone reviews the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents from previous procurement processes. These documents will serve as a valuable reference as we deliberate our next steps in communicating with Instructure. You can access these documents through the agenda link in the calendar invite.

Additionally, I would like to remind you that Jason Beam, CEO of Panopto, will be joining us tomorrow from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. The purpose of his visit is to introduce himself and seek insightful feedback on ways Panopto can enhance its relationships across the CTC system. Whitney Boswell and other members of the eLearning Council leadership have been invited to join this segment of our meeting, ensuring a comprehensive discussion.

Looking forward to a productive meeting.

Respectfully,

Michael A. Brown, Ph.D.
