A template or an outline/checklist of the required components and format would be helpful. I have collected a few records from various sources here on our campus about training that was delivered this past year (name and date of training, attendees) but not
much else. Some had evaluations. Some don't. Most were DEI related, some were anti-racist specific. No training was delivered to students that I can find. <span style="font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0)">What
