In terms of compensating students, staff at our Multicultural Center (MC) asked students what kind of gift card was preferred. Most students elected a $50 gift card from Safeway, which is closest to our Bremerton campus. Staff distributed the gift cards to
 all participating students after the listening sessions.</div>

We didn't contract with Hanover last quarter. Instead, we worked with our MC staff, students, Director of Outreach, and faculty to help facilitate the listening sessions. Students helped to develop the listening sessions. They co-facilitated the sessions with
 a faculty member. Students are also involved in the analysis of the feedback. It went well but I'm thinking that I might try Hanover or other external body.</div>
