<p class="MsoNormal">As we all grapple with how and or if to respond to the violence over this past weekend and continue to see; this is the message I sent to our community on Monday! Mind you, this impacts us all and I’m also planning a broad community conversation
to include Students, Staff and Faculty, local Law Enforcement and mental health professionals from various communities to talk about impacts to and within our various communities. We may even want to craft a DEO Response if we see that as being a needed step.
And let’s not also forget Domestic Violence as part of this conversations especially in our Queer and other Historically Underrepresented Communities.<o:p></o:p></p>

as it’s impacts are long lasting and difficult to navigate. On behalf of Dr. Morrison, Executive Cabinet, and the Office of EDI we give our full support to our Asian Colleagues and the Asian community as the details of this horrific event continue to unfold.<o:p></o:p></p>
