I am at a Director level. I know that is not something my president will take forward at this moment, so I wonder if we are still perusing that as a group, because I think that will only happen at schools like mine, if schools who have VP and cabinet level
folks with DEI focus, shame the crap out of those who don¡¯t or force it through SBCTC support!

on November 1 and observe that the timing of when those plans were requested, the administering of campus climate surveys, and other strategic planning happening at your colleges was not coordinated or ideal by any stretch. The EDI strategic plans are but
one data source that may or may not be reflective of your current priorities or needs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
