 and succeed. Research shows that Faculty of color members and the many layers of the intersectionality of their identity often encounter challenges to their professional success and well-being. The Faculty of Color Mentoring Program facilitates a collaborative
 learning and supportive opportunity in which Faculty can discover professional success strategies. Faculty participate in a community of learners that will enable them to network, support, and learn from one another. Group mentoring will support maintaining
 a functional work-life balance, faculty retention, and combat hidden layers of taxation that often Faculty of color encounter. <o:p></o:p></p>
