<p class="MsoNormal">The ctcLink Project Management Office (PMO) and ctcLink Support team members very much appreciated the opportunity to meet with you during your combined meeting on Aug. 3, 2022. The open dialog, while sometimes difficult, was insightful
and productive. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A topic of great concern was about access to a “punch list” of Enhancement Requests and Customer Support fixes.

<p class="MsoNormal">We are pleased to share a new ctcLink Reference Center resource with your commissions (WSSSC, IC, DEOC) and the ctcLink College Leaders
<i>first. </i>We<i> </i>will promote it more broadly in the coming days.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">During the last several weeks, the new PMO team has been working to bring together Enhancement Requests (ER) from disparate “project era” sources (e.g. Working Group log, Project Web App, Service Desk, mandates, policy revisions, etc.)
into this single, combined location.<o:p></o:p></p>

<h2>Which Enhancement Requests are included?<o:p></o:p></h2>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">Those submitted to the ctcLink Working Group from May 2018 through August 2022.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">Submitted via service tickets: My team and I are scouring the ticketing system for any enhancement requests not already submitted to the ctcLink Working Group, and continue to
search for any submissions to date.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">External and internal mandates (federal, state and SBCTC agency policy)<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<h2>How to use the list<o:p></o:p></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal">For each item, you can find where it is in the governance review process, approval status, and/or any other actions taken. New Enhancement Requests will be added as they are submitted. As the ctcLink Working Group evolves from a “project
governance” to an “operational governance” model, the Enhancement Request process and protocols are being re-aligned to increase transparency. So, this resource will continue to evolve based on system feedback. The existing Enhancement Request submission
process is outlined in the <a href="https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/112604/l/1589384-overview-of-working-group">
Overview of Working Group</a> guide in the reference center and will be updated there as the Working Group finalizes the operational governance model process.<o:p></o:p></p>
