Strengthening Community Colleges Training Program” (SCC3) to “build capacity for [community and technical colleges] to address identified equity gaps and meet the skill development needs of employers in in-demand industries and career pathways leading to quality
jobs.”<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">I know you are doing innovative Guided Pathways work and have addressed in your plans the need to move the career pathways conversations to the beginning and throughout the student lifecycle. Additionally, many of you have shared
the need to incorporate high-impact practices to support student interest and industry needs that lead with equity. Thus, this is a fantastic opportunity. The Strategic Initiatives and Student Success Center are excited about the opportunity to see how the
