<span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">We provided an overview of the SB 5194, Section 3 requirement for colleges to create and submit DEI strategic plans.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">
<span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">SBCTC colleagues shared information on the intersection of tribal community relationships and Guided Pathways and how this work tethers to equity efforts in our system.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">

 5227 and SB 5194. SBCTC is committed to equity work for those we  serve and to stay in step with other state agencies’ and to keep pace with the meaningful equity work happening at the colleges in our system.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">
