WWCC just went through ctcLink conversion a couple of weeks ago, and we're now learning that during the conversion <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Garamond, Georgia, serif; font-size: 12pt;">students/employees without race/ethnicity info might
 have been defaulted to White in PeopleSoft. I'm curious to hear if this is something that others have experienced, and what approach you took to reduce harm in this experience of individuals being othered and opportunities for support.</span></div>
