student outreach specialist</a> embedded in the high schools and in partnership with community organizations  to help with outreach to historically excluded students.<o:p></o:p></p>

 go out into our community, as well as,  helping plan and initiating outreach to students of color and other historically underrepresented students both on and off campus.

 attachment that starts with E2SSB... I do have control over this budget for my institution, but I have partnered with Student Affairs. We have a team that has come together and launching a 2-day outreach summit geared towards incoming first-year students of
 color and the other backgrounds indicated in the bill. We are also considering utilizing an outside vendor for a mentorship matching program. That likely won't materialize until next year given bandwidth and capacity constraints. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
