Thanks for the information. I think making a short call open to everyone to first get context and understand more about the tool, then open it up to feedback after getting context. Not everyone may have background on what this tool is and how it’s going to be used….

I would just pick, maybe Friday afternoon, and folx can join if they are available.

Absolutely. The spreadsheet was just a draft sample Pierce College used previously when they did a RFP for a student success tool. Matt Campbell shared it with everyone for a reference.

When would be a good time for everyone to chat? Or you could just send your feedback to me via email. I’ll need them by this Friday so as to share it forward on Monday, March 11.

Let me know everyone and I can send it the meeting invite if needed.

Hello all,

As I am representing DEOC at the Student Success Tool Taskforce, I am writing to get your feedback on considerations related to diversity and equity that impact criteria for the Student Success Tool. Also, please consider sharing and help identifying essentials in Student Success Tool as well non-essentials, but “nice to have” features. Check the draft Software evaluation rubric (attached) for the features.

I will need to share it back with the task force before the March 11 meeting. I look forward to hearing back from all of you.

If there is a need for Matt Campbell and/or Sara Thompson Tweedy, co-chairs for the task force, to join our commission meeting and help with any Q&A folks might have. Let me know.
