I have a few questions prior to responding.

  1.  Who will be using this tool?
  2.  Is it tied to Guided Pathways in any way?
  3.  How is this different from what can be gained from CTC Link and Canvas
  4.  Whose work does this impact most?

Hello all,



As I am representing DEOC at the Student Success Tool Taskforce, I am writing to get your feedback on considerations related to diversity and equity that impact criteria for the Student Success Tool. Also, please consider sharing and help identifying essentials in Student Success Tool as well non-essentials, but "nice to have" features. Check the draft Software evaluation rubric (attached) for the features.



I will need to share it back with the task force before the March 11 meeting. I look forward to hearing back from all of you.



If there is a need for Matt Campbell and/or Sara Thompson Tweedy, co-chairs for the task force, to join our commission meeting and help with any Q&A folks might have. Let me know.
