Attached are the slides and allocation model learning tool to share out as follow up to commissions from the orientation this morning.  We had a great turnout – 70+ attendees! – so thank you to everyone for getting the invite out.



Just a reminder of our schedule and who is “on first” for the rest of the year:



  1.  Roma will create a calendar invite with Zoom link and share with this group
  2.  Each Director will share the invite directly with their commission (new: each director will also send any follow up materials to commission listservs)
  3.  Meetings will be scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of each month from 8-9:30, Jan-Jun 2024
  4.  For the month that you are the “coordinator” you will take the facilitation role in both confirming/prepping the presenter, introductions, managing the Zoom, etc.



Schedule:

Jan 18- Allocation Model (Stephanie Winner – Val to coordinate)

Feb 15 – DEI Initiatives (Sophia and Glenda – Sophia to coordinate)

Mar 21 - Guided Pathways/Student Success (Monica and Team – Lauren to coordinate)

Apr 18 – Data Dashboards (Summer and Team – Summer to coordinate)

May 16 – Accreditation (Ed Harri – Joyce to coordinate)

June 20 – TBD
