I’ve spoken to my contact at And Still We Rise<https://www.andstillwerise.us/> and she reiterated that their program would provide colleges the tools to become autonomous, and their services would cover the entire scope of our work per RCWs and SBs for the coming years. She let me know that working with multiple colleges would lower the price tag.

I did, waiting on a proposal, but sounds like they were waiting to hear if other institutions were interested in joining in one contract.
