I'm a qualified administrator of the IDI but have only been a part of conversations for those exploring it use/implementation. Here at SBCTC some departments/units have invited their staff to take it and do some work around it, but it has not been widespread or required.

When I worked at a college, the incoming classes of different programs made it a part of their orientation.
