  *   The leadership team will be meeting soon to discuss meeting times/dates for the rest of the year and discuss agenda items for our commission meeting at the GP retreat. Will send that soon to you all once its finalized.
  *   Attached are the notes from the retreat.
  *   I don’t think there has been any workplan submitted.

Hey Fam! Happy New Year!

Several questions for anyone on the leadership team:


  1.  Do we have an agenda for our commission meetings during the GP Retreat later this month?

  *   Will we have time to debrief the DEI Faculty Fellows presentation?
  *   Do we have our meetings outlined for the year? I don’t think I’ve seen anything at this point and having the year outlined would be awesome.
  *   Has our workplan been submitted? Do we have a draft for review? I think it’s past due now, but we all need to review before it’s in.

  1.  Do we have a plan or know who we are meeting with during the join commission portion of the agenda? (recent agenda attached)
  2.  Is anyone from DEOC going up a day early in response to Monica’s email from earlier this week?
  3.  Lastly, is it possible to have the notes from our last meeting sent or resent so we can refresh on what each person was supposed to be working on?
