[DEOC] [EXTERNAL] Feedback and Listening Circles for Students

I did, waiting on a proposal, but sounds like they were waiting to hear if other institutions were interested in joining in one contract.
I really need to get this finalized so  happy to collaborate with any other schools who want to join in!
