[DEOC] [SPAM] Faculty Contract DEI Language

Happy New Year!
I am on our college's bargaining team and we are looking to prioritize our tenure and post tenure process with an equity focus. I also am aware that tenure can look different at our technical colleges, but wanted to reach out to DEOC regardless. Can you provide me insight of DEI focused language in your tenure and post tenure process as stated in your faculty contract? Additionally, is there a tool, framework that your institution uses for the post tenure process? If so, what is it?
