Hi Hanan,

Thank you for your question and I really appreciate and respect you asking in advance. We have a permanent role on our leadership team who coordinates the process of taking notes and sending them out to the listserv for those who cannot attend. I appreciate how involved you have been!

Attendance at DEOC meeting is reserved for members of the DEOC, interim/acting DEOs, and invited guest speakers. We ask the DEOs to not send a representative without touching base with the leadership team first as this space is a confidential one where trust is consistently being built. This can easily be disrupted by new attendees who are not familiar with our community expectation, norms, and anti-oppressive practices.

Please feel free to look at the agenda and pass along any thoughts you would like us to consider in our discussion.
