Hi Doris,

I too am the lead for our Bias Incidents on campus.  The Bias Incident structure is connected with our Behavior Intervention Team which is co-led by the VP of Student Services and me. Together, we have a cross-departmental team that we work with to assess next actions with our team.

I am unable to connect with others today due to meetings but would be happy to answer any questions as well.

All, I manage our BIRST team. Happy to chat about what we do/need to do. AND I've just registered for an important workplace investigations course for my team and HR to do together so we streamline our processes and stay aligned. 10 of us will do this together and will work with the consultant on the back end as we are updating our processes.
