We use Get Inclusive for employee and student training. It's not bad. We supplement and get the campus closer to where we want them to be with our in-house or facilitated trainings.

We rolled out a get inclusive models for employees and it wasn’t bad (I’m not familiar with the student version and am interested to see it though). The employee one was a primer and it shouldn’t replace your EDI training and pro devo. For us, it was a good introduction I thought since we have just started offering EDI pro devo for about 2 years now. I would recommend incorporating some type of follow up to the module content during an Inservice date, so that it can be meaningful.

Hello Hannah,
Thanks for checking. I'm planning to review the Get Inclusive DEI online student training/module. I'm wondering if anyone else has reviewed it or plans to use it? Yvonne

Hey DEOC family,
I know that online modules are not always great, but I am curious if anyone is using an online training for students. If so what and what do you like and dislike about your platform!
Best,
