Hello fellow DEOs, I wanted to ask if you all could let folks know about some immediate openings we have in the Office of Equity & Inclusion at Cascadia College. A brief description of all three is noted below. Please spread the word and let me know if there are any questions. Please direct anyone interested in one of the open positions to me. Program Lead - Diversity & Equity Center (Open now)
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion and in close collaboration with campus stakeholders, the Diversity and Equity Center Program Lead will work in tandem with the Office of Equity & Inclusion (E&I) team to supervise the Diversity and Equity Center to develop and facilitate programming that supports students, especially those who are marginalized and underrepresented. The overall goal is to create a welcoming environment that supports ethnically- and racially-marginalized students in a way that makes them feel a sense of strength, belonging, and thriving at Cascadia College.
Program Lead - Cascadia Scholars Office (Available September 1)
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion and in close collaboration with campus stakeholders, the Cascadia Scholars Program Lead will work in tandem with the Office of Equity & Inclusion (E&I) team to create and oversee a holistic program for marginalized and underrepresented students at Cascadia College that helps students connect to the college and to their educational goals. The overall goal is to increase the recruitment, retention, and college completion of ethnically- and racially-marginalized students in a way that students feel a sense of strength, belonging, and thriving at Cascadia College.
Part-Time Hourly - Diversity & Equity Center (Open now)

Under supervision of the Executive Director of Equity & Inclusion, the part-time Diversity and Equity Center part-time hourly position will perform tasks to support the Diversity and Equity Center outreach, retention, and recruitment efforts to current Cascadia students and area high school districts. Provide promotion and resources for events and activities for the Cascadia College community.
