It's a collaboration with the Governor's Office and Office of Financial Management, with partners from various WA State offices.

It's free and open to the public as far as I know. The MC, Adrian Thompson is from WA state enterprise services whose office is responsible for rolling out the statewide DEI training that I have mentioned before.
