Description: The fellowship is designed for campus leaders who want research-based strategies to help them bridge differences at their college or university, centering on the GGSC’s Bridging Differences Playbook and related online course. Over eight months (from September 2023 - April 2024), they will be part of a facilitated virtual community of higher education leaders who will learn from each other at the same time that they are learning from scientific research.

Apply for our Bridging Differences in Higher Education Learning Fellowship!<https://berkeley.us14.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a8079f1782122a9da1dec00db&id=d0541835ec&e=0f0ae5a877> The fellowship is designed for campus leaders who want research-based strategies to help them bridge differences at their college or university, centering on the GGSC’s Bridging Differences Playbook and related online course. Over eight months (from September 2023 - April 2024), they will be part of a facilitated virtual community of higher education leaders who will learn from each other at the same time that they are learning from scientific research.

Who should apply: The opportunity is open to any leader in higher education—faculty, administrators, staff, or students—who wants to foster more constructive dialogue and understanding across group lines on college campuses in the United States, including lines of race, religious faith, politics, or beyond. Fellowship recipients will be divided into three cohorts: one for leaders newer to this work, who want to understand core principles and skills for bridging differences; one for campus leaders who plan to develop, launch, or refine a specific project focused on bridging differences; and one for organizations focused on bridging differences that run a program across at least five campuses.

When to apply: Applications are due by May 22, 2023
