You will find that all the assessment companies are backlogged. Everyone wants this type of work and analysis done and unfortunately they are never forthcoming on their ability to meet deadlines.....

We used HEDS and I asked them that same question and they said we would have to pay for our own translation services to have the survey administered in another language but that they wouldn't be able to do the analysis and we'd have to contract that out as well. I made the decision to not do that due to time limitations.   I'm actually really disappointed with HEDS for a variety of reasons and likely will not use them again. We launched our survey fall 2022 and I'm still waiting for our results, among other frustrations. For the next one, I will be looking to use another survey. They are very backlogged right now to due increased demand. I just got a long apology email so heads up they are very behind and the timeline they give may not actually be what they can deliver on. At least that has been my experience.

Here is what I got!

Hanover's survey was administered via the Qualtrics survey tool, which includes diagnostic screenings to check survey accessibility and integration with screen-readers, as well as offering language translation to match that of a user's browser language settings. While I don't know the specific settings that Hanover chose when setting up the survey tool, I do remember a conversation with them about ensuring screen readers could successfully navigate the survey.

>From what I can see online about the Qualtrics tool is that there is the ability for survey makers to select languages that the survey can be translated to based on the user's set browser language, but I am not sure which languages Hanover selected for this.
