Good Morning Everyone,

I'm sending this reminder to pay your Commission Dues up prior to the end of the Fiscal year.

Please let me know when you have paid your invoice online or by check and if any changes need to be made to your invoice.

DEO Commission can pay their membership fees in one of the following ways:



  1.  Pay via check
     *   Issue their check to LWTech Foundation
     *   Note Line - DEO Commission Dues
     *   Mail it to: LWTech Foundation/ Attn: Alysen Laakso/ 11605 132nd Ave NE, Kirkland WA 98034
  2.  Pay online
     *   Go to our online donation form page<https://www.lwtech.edu/about/foundation/give/>
     *   Click the "donate to the Foundation today" button
     *   For designation, select "other"
     *   Type is "DEO Commission Annual Membership"

Dues for the Commission will support professional development for DEO's and various programing and support activities for our meetings. The DEO Leadership thanks you for your work and for Leading our systems wide work.
