<p><b><span style="font-family:Aptos">Background:</span></b><span style="font-family:Aptos"> Many of our FA queries and packaging plan equation engines are tied to
<b>STDNT_AID_ATRBT (Packaging Status Summary) record </b>and a criteria of ACAD_CAREER = ‘UGRD’. Therefore, when the Academic Career value is blank or ‘UNKN’ for a student on the
<i>Packaging Status Summary</i> page, it can cause issues with packaging aid (i.e. packaging plans award both CBS and WBG to the student) as well as the student is not selected in queries.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
