<p style="direction: ltr; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">On 4/21/24 COD (Common Origination and Disbursement) system functionality was implemented for the 24-25 award
year. We have received reports from colleges that the COD implementation has impacted processing various current year response files such as
<i>crecmyop</i>,<i> crbn</i>, and <i>crpn</i>.</span></p>
<p style="direction: ltr; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Until the PRP containing the 24-25 award year 5.0b schema is released to Production (<i>historically an early/mid
June timeline</i>), the above files can be edited to successfully load into ctcLink. Instructions for editing files can be found in the attachment.</span></p>
<p style="direction: ltr; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">For those that are not comfortable with editing files, we have not heard of any reports with the
<i>crdl24op</i> and <i>craa24op</i> files requiring updates to schema. These files can be loaded as usual and loan entrance counseling can be manually updated.</span></p>
