We have received reports that Gmail is periodically blocking outbound emails sent from ctcLink. SBCTC's Infrastructure Services team has been investigating the issue and discovered it is likely due to the volume of emails being sent from shared outbound email
systems within Amazon Web Services (AWS). The team has been working with AWS to implement dedicated IP addresses for ctcLink outbound emails. We anticipate this update being fully in place by the end of this week. SBCTC will continue to monitor logs but if
you continue to experience this issue next week, please submit a service ticket.
