</span></b><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Running Start students are not eligible for traditional financial aid. Incarcerated students have limited eligibility for traditional financial aid.

financial aid. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;mso-ligatures:none">A</span><span style="mso-ligatures:none">s a result, staff must manually award students or cancel/adjust award offers after they are packaged, depending on eligibility.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l3 level1 lfo3;vertical-align:middle"><b><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Proposed Solution:</span></b><span style="mso-ligatures:none"> Update the packaging plan selection equation engines to search the students Student
Group record to determine if the student is active in one of the three student groups and exclude the student from selection accordingly.
