<p class="MsoNormal">Yesterday during our FA PRP2 Q&A session, a question was raised regarding the download button on the College Financing Plan. When the download button is selected on the College Financing Plan, it opens coding or .xml format. This behavior
is working as designed per Oracle. An enhancement request was considered by Oracle Development and rejected. They state that because most browsers offer the ability to print or save as PDF, that functionality could be used instead.
